This frothy cocktail is made with fresh strawberries, Lillet-Rose wine, tequila, lemon juice, orange bitters, and simple syrup. Simple syrup is easy to make at home: heat sugar and water in a 1:1 ratio until the sugar dissolves, let cool, and use in cocktails. Store any remaining syrup in the refrigerator.


Ingredients:

  • 45 ml tequila
  • 30 ml Lille Rose
  • 7 ml lemon juice
  • 2 drops of orange bitters
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Place 3 sliced ​​strawberries in a cocktail shaker.
  • Step 2
  • Add 1 egg white, 45 ml tequila, 30 ml Lillet Rosé, 7 ml each lemon juice and simple syrup, and 2 dashes orange bitters; shake for 30 seconds.
  • Step 3
  • Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
