To quickly grill wings and save guests the wait, Guy Fieri suggests baking them in the oven the night before until they're half-done and then refrigerating them until ready to grill. The next day, quickly reheat and grill the wings, then immediately toss them with a tequila-lime sauce for a Margarita-inspired flavor.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  2. Season the wings with salt and pepper. Place them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the wings from the oven, transfer them to a bowl, and let them cool. Cover and refrigerate until ready to fry.

  3. Tequila Lime Sauce:

Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart zip-lock plastic bag and stir well.
  4. Preheat grill to 350°F (175°C) for indirect heat.
  5. Place the wings on the grill grate and grill for 10-15 minutes over the coals until hot and grill marks appear, turning them over after 7 minutes. Remove the wings from the grill to a serving bowl.
  6. Add the wings to the tequila lime sauce and toss to coat evenly and serve with lime wedges.
