Ingredients for the recipe:
Marinade
- 1.3 kg chicken wing shoulders, dried with paper towels
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp finely grated orange zest
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Glaze
- 3 tbsp (45 g) butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 thinly sliced green onions, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a large bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, orange zest, honey, hot sauce, and Dijon mustard. Add the chicken wings and toss to combine. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat over direct heat.
