Make these sticky honey-glazed chicken wings with Sriracha hot sauce for a party, and your friends will remember this treat for a long time. Unlike most similar recipes, these wings are baked in the oven rather than fried, and they only require a couple of tablespoons of a mixture of vegetable oil and butter. Bake the cut wings with salt, black pepper, and granulated garlic, and when they come out of the oven, immediately toss them with the honey-hot sauce, coating each piece evenly. Serve the wings with daikon wedges for a drizzle of the flavorful juices.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a large rimmed baking sheet with vegetable oil.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, melted butter, granulated garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Pour the mixture over the wings and toss well to coat them evenly. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the wings until golden brown, 45-55 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice and stir until the mixture begins to simmer gently. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Carefully transfer the wings from the baking sheet to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the wings and gently toss to coat evenly. Transfer the wings to a serving platter and drizzle with honey; serve with lime wedges.
