These wings don't require frying; they're just as delicious and juicy baked in the oven without any extra oil, and the citrus-pineapple glaze makes them incredibly delicious. Dip them in the avocado-jalapeno sauce and enjoy your perfect beer snack.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Spicy yogurt sauce with avocado:

Combine yogurt, avocado, jalapeño, lime juice, 2 cups water, and 3/4 cup salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Preheat oven to 220°C. Generously grease 2 rimmed baking sheets with vegetable oil.

  3. Toss the wings with 2 teaspoons of salt and a few grinds of black pepper and arrange them in a single layer on 2 prepared baking sheets. Bake until very crisp, about 55 minutes.
  4. While the wings are baking, combine the pineapple jam, ginger, lime juice, orange juice, cayenne pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat slightly and simmer until the liquid becomes thick and syrupy, coating the back of a spoon, about 8 minutes.
  5. Transfer the baked wings to a large bowl and toss them with the citrus glaze and green onions. Serve with the dipping sauce.
