Who doesn't love crispy chicken wings?! This recipe requires no deep-frying and is perfect for everyone. First, blanch the chicken wings in salted boiling water to cook them and remove the fat from the skin. You can do this ahead of time. Just before serving, grill the wings (or grill pan), brushing them with sauce. The wings turn out perfectly juicy and crispy.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
Wings
- 3 chicken wings, cut in half (tips removed)
Frying sauce
- Canola oil to grease the pan
- 1 tbsp. grated ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, grated
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tbsp sambal
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 tbsp whole cumin seeds, toasted and crushed
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
Dip sauce
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp. grated ginger
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 cloves of garlic, grated

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 120°C.
- Wings:
Blanch the wings in salted boiling water for 8 minutes, then roast for 4 minutes. Place the wings on a paper towel-lined rack and pat dry. - Frying sauce:
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Fry the ginger and garlic with a pinch of salt. Add the ketchup, maple syrup, sambal, water, and cumin and simmer for a few minutes. Add the lime zest and juice. - Place the wings on a grill pan over medium heat and brush with grilling sauce. Cook until lightly browned, 3–5 minutes per side.
- Dip sauce:
In a bowl, combine yogurt, cilantro, garam masala, ginger, lime zest and juice, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Serve the wings with the dipping sauce.
