Spicy food lovers will surely appreciate the flavor of these sizzling grilled wings, which enhances their spiciness with a delicious smoky aroma. The chicken wings are seasoned with a mixture of cayenne and black pepper, garlic salt, and oregano and marinated for 24 hours to allow the heat and flavors of the dry marinade to infuse the meat. If you're wary of a too-hot taste, season only one side of the wings. Serve with a delicious blue cheese dressing, whose creamy flavor softens the pepper flavor and adds a pleasant, slightly tart flavor. The perfect beer snack.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold running water, then pat dry completely with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with garlic salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and oregano. Sprinkle the seasoning on only one side of the wings if you prefer a milder flavor. For spicier wings, toss them with the seasoning to coat them on all sides. Then cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken wings, turning once, until the juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Serve immediately with blue cheese sauce.
Blue Cheese Sauce:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
