Make these spicy wings for your next beer party—they'll be a hit. Simply bake them in the oven until golden brown, then drizzle them with a mixture of melted butter and hot sauce a few minutes before they're done. Serve topped with fresh herbs and pickled jalapeño rings.


Ingredients:

  • 1.3 kg chicken wings
  • 60 ml green hot sauce
  • 0.5 cups cilantro and green onions
  • Pickled chili peppers, for serving
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Season 1.3 kg of chicken wings with salt and black pepper. Bake in the oven at 220°C until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Melt 4 tablespoons of butter and mix with 60 ml of green hot sauce. Pour the mixture over the wings and bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Toss the wings with 1/2 cup chopped cilantro and green onions. Sprinkle with pickled jalapeño rings.
