Spicy grilled mussels

This mussel recipe cooks in minutes, turns out delicious, spicy, and, most importantly, doesn't leave a dirty dish. Well-washed mussels are wrapped in foil with oregano, cilantro, jalapeño, butter, garlic, and limes and grilled in the steam of lime juice and their own juices until they open. The resulting mussels are tender, and the broth is creamy and spicy, with a savory hint of chili pepper. Dip white bread in it and enjoy.

Recipe:
Place 4 sprigs of oregano, 4 sprigs of cilantro, and 1 jalapeño half on a sheet of foil; top with 1 pound of washed mussels. Spread 4 tablespoons of chopped butter and 3 sliced garlic cloves over the mussels, and drizzle with the juice of 2 limes (add the squeezed limes to the package as well). Fold the foil over the top, leaving room for the mussels to open. Grill over high heat until the shells open, 4 to 5 minutes.
