The most tedious part of a picnic is waiting for the meat to cook. To feed a crowd faster, Guy Fieri suggests half-baking chicken wings in the oven, tossing them with sauce, and taking them outdoors. All you have to do is quickly grill them over the coals until crispy, and you're ready to enjoy in just ten minutes!
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:

Ingredients for the recipe:
Wings
- 450 g chicken wings, cut in half (discard the tips)
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
Asian sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp lime zest
- 3 tbsp lime juice (1 lime)
- 1/4 cup orange juice from half an orange
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic paste
- 0.5 tsp. sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 0.5 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Season the wings with salt and pepper. Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove the wings from the oven to a bowl and let them cool. Cover and refrigerate until ready to grill outdoors.
- Asian sauce:
Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart zip-lock plastic bag. - Preheat the grill to 350°F (175°C) over indirect heat. Add all the wings and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning them over after 7 minutes to ensure they are heated through and have grill marks. Remove the wings from the grill to a serving bowl. Add the sauce and toss to combine.
