Green bean side dishes are incredibly healthy; their long pods always look festive, and to keep the bean flavor from becoming boring, you can endlessly experiment with dressings. In this Asian-inspired version, green beans are sautéed in coconut oil and then tossed with a dressing of soy sauce, cashew paste, lime juice, and Sriracha hot sauce. For just 10 quid, you'll have a unique, vibrant side dish that's perfect for serving with grilled meat or poultry.

Recipe:
In a large skillet, sauté 1 pound (0.6 kg) trimmed green beans in 1 tablespoon (1.5 kg) coconut oil until crisp-tender. Add 1/4 cup (1/4 cup) water; cover and sauté until browned in spots, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a platter. Whisk 2 tablespoons (1.5 kg) cashew butter with 1 tablespoon (1.5 kg) soy sauce, 1 tablespoon (1.5 kg) warm water, and 2 teaspoons (2 tsp) each lime juice and Sriracha sauce. Drizzle the dressing over the green beans and sprinkle with cilantro.
