One of the simplest recipes for delicious green beans requires just two additional ingredients: butter and soy sauce. They infuse the vegetables with a whole bouquet of flavors. The green beans are pan-fried in butter until crispy, then tossed with soy sauce at the very end. It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. It's an excellent side dish for any meat, poultry, or fish dish.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter, and once melted, add the beans. Cook the beans undisturbed for about 90 seconds, then stir and let them cook for a few more seconds. Add the soy sauce, stir to coat, and serve.
