The dish consists of boiled wax and green beans, then sautéed in butter with flaked almonds. Lemon juice and green onions are added at the end of cooking.

Recipe:


Boil 450g of each wax beans and green beans, cut in half, in salted water for 8 minutes until half-cooked.

Toast 1/4 cup flaked almonds in 3 tablespoons melted butter for 4 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Mix with beans and 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
