A light vegetable mix of green beans braised in white wine, mushrooms, and protein-rich kale, seasoned with hot red pepper flakes. Parmesan adds richness. Serve as a side dish or as a main course.

1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced ​​into rings
  • 110 g of mushrooms, cleaned and cut into quarters (about 14 mushrooms)
  • 700 g green beans, stems removed, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 bunch (230 g) kale, stems removed, washed, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan, finely grated

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and sauté until translucent, about 4 minutes. Add the mushrooms, green beans, salt, and pepper and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the wine and continue to sauté for about 5 minutes, until the green beans are tender. Add the red pepper flakes and kale and continue to cook until the kale is wilted, another 4-5 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Stir thoroughly and serve immediately.
