It's a green version of a Bloody Mary, so to speak. You can also add chia seeds to the shake for added fiber.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 3 medium plum tomatoes
  • 1 cup parsley leaves
  • 2 medium stalks celery, plus 1 stalk for serving
  • 3 medium kale leaves with stems
  • 1/2 large juicy lemon, peeled and cored
  • 60 ml pepper vodka
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Using the appropriate juicer settings for each produce, juice in the following order: tomatoes and parsley (together), celery, cabbage and lemon.
  2. Stir in vodka, salt and a couple of pinches of pepper.

  3. Serve immediately, poured over ice cubes in a tall glass. Garnish with a celery stalk and leaves.
