They turn out delicious and crispy thanks to the perfect breading, which uses large, airy panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan and spices. Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a wide shallow bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and 0.5 tsp salt. In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs with the milk.
