These sticky chicken wings are a perfect beer snack, with a harmonious balance of honey sweetness and chili heat. Dredge the chicken wings in seasoned flour, deep-fry, and coat in a honey glaze. Serve warm.

1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 900 g of chicken wings

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, 2 teaspoons salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.
  2. Heat 2 inches (5 cm) of vegetable oil in a saucepan until the oil reaches 350°F (175°C) on a deep-fry thermometer. Add the wings and fry in batches until golden brown, 8 to 12 minutes. Transfer with a slotted spoon to a wire rack set over a baking sheet to drain off excess oil.

  3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, hot honey, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Add the wings and toss to coat.
