Pork ribs, while not the meatiest cut of meat, are a popular appetizer. If you don't have time to smoke or bake them, you can try this quick honey-glazed ribs recipe. First, boil them, then drizzle them with the savory glaze. The entire process takes no more than an hour, and the result is flavorful, juicy, and delicious ribs that also make a great beer snack.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.2 kg pork ribs, cut into good-sized pieces
- 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Coarsely ground black pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the ribs in a large bowl, pour in the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Add 2/3 cup water and stir.
- Place the ribs and sauce in a large saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat. Cover and bring to a gentle simmer. Simmer for about 40 minutes, until the meat is falling off the bone.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the ribs from the pan. Increase the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens, 5 to 10 minutes. Add the honey, season with pepper, and simmer for another minute. Pour the glaze over the ribs, toss, and serve immediately.
