To make delicious pork ribs, you'll need any steak seasoning and beer, which will complement the spices and create a delicious sauce. Meaty ribs, cut from the loin, are rubbed with the seasoning, wrapped in foil with beer, and simmered over a low grill until tender. Then, grill the ribs open, brushing them with barbecue sauce to create the crispy crust everyone loves. Stir in the aromatic beer broth left over from roasting the ribs, and the sauce will acquire a unique new flavor.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Prepare grill for low heat.
  2. Remove the membranes from the ribs. Rub both sides of the ribs with steak seasoning.

  3. Place 1 rack of ribs on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Fold up the sides and pour half the beer over them. Seal the foil, leaving enough space in the foil to allow for steam to escape. Repeat with the remaining ribs and beer. Place the foil parcels on the grill and cook until the meat is tender, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the parcels from the heat (leave the grill hot) and let cool for 5 minutes. Pour about 0.5 cups of the parcel liquid into a small saucepan and stir in the barbecue sauce. Heat the pan on the grill.
  5. Slice the cooked ribs into portions and grill until well-browned on both sides, brushing them with the barbecue sauce mixture. Serve the ribs with the remaining sauce in a separate bowl.
