With this recipe, oven-baked pork ribs will be as delicious as grilled ones. It's all about the spice mix with smoked paprika, which adds a smoky flavor, and the barbecue sauce, which makes the ribs deliciously sticky and juicy.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 slices of pork ribs from the brisket area
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup smoked paprika
- 1 heaping tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 heaping tbsp garlic powder
- 1 heaping tbsp onion powder
- 1/3 cup yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp. barbecue sauce

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 120°C. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Place the ribs on the prepared baking sheet and season both sides with salt. Place the ribs, meaty side down, brush with half the mustard and sprinkle with half the spice mixture. Flip the ribs meaty side up, brush with the remaining mustard and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Bake the ribs, meaty side up, until very tender, 2 to 2.5 hours.
- Remove from the oven and brush the ribs with half the barbecue sauce. Return the pan to the oven for another 30 minutes, until the sauce is cooked through and sticky.
- Transfer the ribs to a cutting board and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with the remaining barbecue sauce.
