This recipe for a simple and delicious carrot side dish is perfect for serving even on a holiday table. Choose small carrots so that all the carrots are neat and roughly the same size. For a unique twist, you can leave some of the green tops on and peel the rest. Boil the carrots first, then warm them in a saucepan with butter, honey, and lemon juice, then coat them with a glossy, sweet-tart glaze. Sprinkle the carrots with chopped parsley and serve. This side dish will stand out beautifully with its vibrant colors.

1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt, then carrots and cook until tender, 5-6 minutes. Drain and return to the stovetop. Toss carrots with butter, honey, and lemon juice. Cook until carrots are glazed, 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Serve as a side dish. Oven-baked beef ribs with barbecue sauce.
