A mix of dried fruits and nuts with oatmeal in a honey glaze

A trail mix of dried fruits and nuts is a healthy snack you can take on the go and keep on hand. Instead of buying a ready-made trail mix, you can easily create your own using your favorite ingredients. Simply mix together various dried fruits, nuts, peanut butter M&Ms, and seeds, and divide them into baggies. This snack also includes healthy oatmeal, baked in chunks with a honey glaze—you won't find something like this in any store-bought trail mix! This nutritious snack will keep you full for a long time.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 3 cups of dried fruit mixture, dried apricots or prunes
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 0.5 cups peeled sunflower seeds
- 0.5 cups raisins
- 0.5 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup peanut butter M&M's

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Mix the rolled oats with 2 tablespoons of water, vegetable oil, wheat germ, and honey. Form small clusters of the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, until crispy.
- Add the dried fruit mixture to the baking sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon, and bake for another 3-5 minutes. Let cool, then toss with nuts, seeds, raisins, coconut, and M&Ms. Store in an airtight container.
