This simple pie is ready in less than half an hour and cut into small squares that can be served like cookies or cakes. Besides being incredibly easy to make, this dessert is also delicious. The base is made with ready-made shortcrust pastry. Spread it with your favorite jam and top it with a crumble of oatmeal, flour, butter, and sugar, which turns into a crispy topping after baking. A soft filling on a crumbly crust awaits underneath. Alternate between different jams, and you'll have a different dessert every time.
