Hot Buffalo wings are one of the most popular beer appetizers. This recipe makes them quick and easy. Chicken wings are fried until crispy and coated with a mixture of melted butter and hot sauce. To serve, simply mix together ranch dressing with blue cheese and cayenne pepper. Dip the hot wings in the blue cheese dressing and enjoy. Celery sticks are a great side dish.
