This simple recipe was inspired by the popular fried Buffalo wings in a spicy butter sauce, traditionally served with celery and carrot sticks and blue cheese dip. You can make anything Buffalo-style, and this version with crispy mozzarella sticks is no exception. Make some mozzarella sticks and serve them in place of wings with all the other Buffalo appetizers. A great pairing with beer!
