The perfect appetizer for a crowd. You can cook it in the oven or on the grill if you're relaxing on the back patio. For this recipe, you'll need sandwiched dinner rolls. Fill them with two fillings—Buffalo chicken and Italian meatballs—sprinkle with cheese, and bake until the cheese melts. Tear off one roll at a time and enjoy!

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with nonstick foil. Using a small serrated knife, cut a circle about 2.5 cm deep in the top of each bun. The bottom should be firm. Use your fingers to push out the crumb to create space for the filling. Set the cut crumb aside for breadcrumbs.
- Buffalo Chicken:
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, blue cheese, 1.5 cups wing sauce or to taste, and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Set aside. - With Italian meatballs:
Line the cavities of 12 buns with: 1 tablespoon marinara sauce, then 1 tablespoon mozzarella, then a meatball, 1 teaspoon marinara. Sprinkle with Parmesan. - With Buffalo chicken:
Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture into the cavities of the remaining 12 buns. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. - Bake the buns in the oven until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown, about 25 minutes.
