A great way to make delicious and quick gnocchi. Boiled potato dumplings are tossed with a spicy creamy sauce, sprinkled with a generous amount of grated cheese, and grilled in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown. For this recipe, use an oven-safe skillet, such as a cast iron one. Serve the cheese gnocchi sprinkled with green onions.
