Homemade cheese crackers - a detailed recipe.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 250 g sharp cheddar, finely grated
- 1 cup premium flour
- 55 g butter, cut into cubes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp salt with spices
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons of ice water

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the cheddar cheese, flour, butter, salt, and cayenne pepper in a food processor and process until crumbly. Add ice water and pulse. Form the dough into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 170°C. Prepare a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
- Roll out the dough to 0.5 cm and cut into squares with a pizza cutter, pierce each in the center with a wooden skewer; place on a baking sheet
Bake until golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes. Cool.
