This adorable pumpkin-shaped cheese ball is served as an appetizer and will be a delicious centerpiece for your fall party. The pumpkin is easily formed using plastic wrap. Crushed cheese crackers give it a delicious yellow color, and a sweet pepper stem serves as the stem.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- 1 packet of mac and cheese powder
- The stalk of 1 bell pepper
- A sprig of fresh parsley for garnish
- 1 bag green tortilla chips

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a food processor, pulse the cheese crackers into very fine crumbs.
- In a large bowl, combine the cheddar, cream cheese, and mac 'n' cheese powder until smooth. Form the mixture into a ball and roll in crushed cheese crackers.
- Wrap the ball completely in plastic wrap and shape it into a pumpkin. Use a wooden spoon or skewer to make grooves in the pumpkin.
- Unroll the cheese ball. Place a pepper stem and a sprig of parsley on top and place the ball on a plate with green tortilla chips.
