In a baking dish, toss 1 large acorn squash (cut into wedges) with 3 tablespoons melted butter, 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 2 sliced ​​shallots, 6 chopped sage leaves, 1 tablespoon honey, a pinch of ground coriander, salt and pepper.
