Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and roast the butternut squash until tender. Its sweet flesh pairs well with raisins.

Halve the butternut squash, remove the seeds, and cut into slices just over 1 cm thick. Place on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil and season with salt on all sides. Bake for 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve with natural yogurt, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds, raisins, chopped parsley, and green onions. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
