These cheese balls are so easy to make and look so delicious, they're sure to be the number one appetizer at your next party. The base of these balls is a mixture of cream cheese and shredded smoked Gouda. Preserved pimento peppers, green onions, and cayenne pepper, added to the cheese mixture, perfectly complement its smoky flavor. Once the balls have set in the refrigerator, roll them in crushed mini pretzels for a crispy coating on the tender cheese filling.
