To make a quick and delicious dessert without an oven, simply combine crushed pretzels and cereal with melted chocolate and let it set. Add nuts and aromatic spices if desired. Form the mixture into truffles and, once set, eat them like candy.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 0.5 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 6 large wheat cereals (breakfast cereal), crushed by hand
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • A pinch of pumpkin pie spice mix
  • 2 tbsp. milk chocolate granules

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pretzels, almonds (or pistachios), crushed wheat flour, orange zest, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to distribute the ingredients evenly.

  3. Place the chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl and melt it in the microwave. Immediately stir the chocolate into the bowl with the cereal. Stir until everything is completely coated.
  4. Using your hands, form the mixture into truffles and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Let set and refrigerate. Store in a tightly sealed container.
