This exquisite dessert can be made in minutes with just two ingredients: melted dark chocolate and heavy whipping cream. You don't need a double boiler or any other equipment other than a mixer. Simply stir the chocolate into the whipped cream, and the mousse is ready. Serve it immediately in beautiful bowls and enjoy the rich flavor and exquisite texture. This recipe is a lifesaver when you need an elegant dessert but don't have much time to prepare.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 liter of heavy whipping cream
  • 400 g dark chocolate, melted

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Whip the cream until soft peaks form and add about 1/3 of the melted chocolate. Gently fold it in with a silicone spatula. Then fold in the remaining chocolate just until the mixture looks smooth; otherwise, the mousse will collapse if you overmix it. Transfer the mousse to a large piping bag and pipe it into the ramekins.
