This exquisite dessert can be made in minutes with just two ingredients: melted dark chocolate and heavy whipping cream. You don't need a double boiler or any other equipment other than a mixer. Simply stir the chocolate into the whipped cream, and the mousse is ready. Serve it immediately in beautiful bowls and enjoy the rich flavor and exquisite texture. Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form and add about 1/3 of the melted chocolate. Gently fold it in with a silicone spatula. Then fold in the remaining chocolate just until the mixture looks smooth; otherwise, the mousse will collapse if you overmix it. Transfer the mousse to a large piping bag and pipe it into the ramekins.
