Tofu and soy milk mousse - detailed recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of soy milk
  • 1 cup barley malt syrup
  • 2 cups brown rice syrup
  • 5 tbsp egg replacer
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 pack (300 g) firm silken tofu
  • 700 g coconut flakes
  • 3 cups pecans
  • 6 tablespoons cassava root
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Bring the soy milk and syrups to a boil. Mix the egg replacer with water until foamy, then add the milk and syrup mixture. Cook until thickened.

    In a food processor, puree the tofu until smooth and add to the thickened mixture with the remaining ingredients. Cook for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Let cool.
