Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces (about 600 g) tofu (drain on paper towel)
  • 3 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp soybean oil
  • 1 tbsp. white sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
  • 1 heaping tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 2 finely chopped green onion stalks
  • Salt to taste
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.

    Cut the tofu into 2.5 cm cubes and divide among servings. Drizzle with the dressing and serve immediately.
