Make this fun dessert using double marshmallow cereal. Melted marshmallows hold the cereal together, and the colorful marshmallow shapes inside make the perfect decoration for these crunchy bars.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing the pan
  • 1 package (300 g) of Lucky Charms breakfast cereal (about 6 cups)
  • 1 package (280 g) standard marshmallows
  • 220 g chopped white chocolate

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Line a 22x32cm baking dish with foil, leaving at least a 5cm overhang on both sides; grease the foil with butter. Remove from the cereal and set aside 1/2 cup of multicolored marshmallow shapes.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until melted, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the marshmallows to coat completely.

  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and let set completely at room temperature, about 1 hour.
  4. Meanwhile, place the chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until melted.
  5. Pull the foil tabs and remove the dessert from the pan. Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with colorful marshmallow shapes. Let the chocolate glaze set at room temperature for about 2 hours. Cut the dessert into 18 bars.
