You won't be able to stop eating this sweet snack. It's a mixture of cereal coated in chocolate and peanut butter, topped with dried banana and toffee pieces. Make ahead and store in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 days, although it's unlikely to last that long!

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 110 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 tbsp. malted milk powder
  • 8 cups of breakfast cereal, such as Rice Chex
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups freeze-dried bananas or banana chips
  • 1 tbsp. iris granules

We recommend

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter, and malted milk in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until smooth. Place the cereal in a large bowl, pour in the melted chocolate-peanut mixture, and stir until evenly distributed.
  2. Let the cereal cool slightly, then transfer it to a large paper bag or a zip-lock plastic bag. Add the powdered sugar, bananas, and toffee granules. Close or seal the bag tightly and stir to coat all ingredients well. Store in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 days..
