Bacon-Wrapped Cheese Crackers - A Step-by-Step Recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 pack (about 32 pieces) of crackers
  • 1/3 tbsp. grated parmesan
  • 450 g thinly sliced ​​bacon
  • 2 tbsp. red bell pepper jelly with the addition of red currant
  • Cayenne pepper optional

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

    Place crackers, face up, on a clean work surface and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese on each. Wrap a piece of bacon around the crackers, seam-side down. Place the crackers on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake until the bacon is golden and crispy, about 1 hour.
  2. Combine the jelly with 1 teaspoon water in a small bowl and microwave on high for about 30 seconds; add more water if necessary.

    When the crackers are done, spread them with jelly, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and serve.
