Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat the deep fryer.
Wrap each scallop with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place the bacon-wrapped scallops on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Fry them in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes, turning once, until the bacon is cooked through. - Make a sauce by combining mayonnaise, chili, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
