1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 700 g large scallops
  • 250 g thinly sliced ​​bacon
  • 1 tbsp. homemade mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup hot chili paste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, plus extra for garnish
  • 2 heads Boston lettuce, leaves washed
  • 3 avocados, sliced

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat the deep fryer.

    Wrap each scallop with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place the bacon-wrapped scallops on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Fry them in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes, turning once, until the bacon is cooked through.
  2. Make a sauce by combining mayonnaise, chili, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
