These mouth-watering cheeseburgers are especially cheesy and delicious. A thick, juicy beef patty sits on a toasted bun smeared with ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard, topped with two types of melt-in-your-mouth cheese—piquant pepper jack and cheddar. Topped with fresh lettuce, a slice of sweet tomato, and a slice of red onion. You can trim some of the toppings to suit your taste, or leave everything in and enjoy a delicious cheeseburger with crispy pickles.

- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions. Press a cube of pepper jack cheese into the center of each piece of meat and seal it inside; form into patties approximately 10 cm wide and 2 cm thick. Sprinkle the patties with salt and black pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on the bottom, about 4 minutes. Flip the patties and top with a slice of cheddar; cook for another 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile, toast the hamburger buns and spread with ketchup, mustard, and/or mayonnaise.
