There's nothing extra about this cheeseburger: a juicy beef patty, melting cheddar, and crispy bacon that makes any sandwich divine, all on a toasted Kaiser bun—the perfect combination. To make the patties especially juicy, a touch of heavy cream was added to the ground beef, and a few drops of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce add a savory kick. The patties can be pan-fried or grilled. Serve with fries or coleslaw and enjoy.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1.3 kg ground beef with 20% fat content
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 6-8 drops of hot sauce, such as Tabasco
  • 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 6 Kaiser rolls
  • Softened butter for spreading + 2 tbsp.
  • 1/4 cup onion relish
  • 6 slices of cheddar
  • 6 slices fried bacon, broken in half

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place the ground beef in a medium bowl. Add the cream, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Using clean hands, mix thoroughly. Set aside.
  2. Then, cut the buns in half and spread a little softened butter on each half. Place the buns face down in a frying pan over medium heat. Lightly toast until golden brown. Let cool on a plate until ready to use.

  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add butter. Form the ground meat into 6 patties and place them in the pan (fry in batches if necessary). Fry the patties for about 4 minutes on each side, flip, and top with a slice of cheddar to melt.
  4. When the patties are cooked through, place them on the bottom halves of the halved buns. Top with 2 slices of bacon. caramelized onions and cover with the tops of the buns.
