The result is incredible flavors that meld perfectly. The burgers are quite filling. If you can't finish them all in one sitting, don't worry, as they're delicious even after reheating. If needed, you can substitute fresh sage for the dried one, and frying is also possible.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Pulse the bacon and garlic in a food processor until coarsely ground. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and sage. Add the bacon mixture and gently mix with your hands.
- Gently form the meat into 4 balls, then press lightly to form patties about 10 cm in diameter and 2.5 cm thick. Make a 5 cm wide indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb to help them stay flat when grilling.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the patties with pepper. Cook without moving them until the bottom is charred, 5-6 minutes. Flip and cook until the other side is charred and the patties are firm, 4-6 minutes.
- Meanwhile, spread potato buns on the cut sides with butter and grill.
Serve the patties between the bun halves. Top the meat with a side of shredded cabbage.
