Grilled burgers - a detailed cooking recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 300 g of ground beef or veal
  • 2 hamburger buns, cut in half
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 2 leaves of green salad

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Form the minced meat into 2 round patties, making small indentations to ensure they stay flat during frying.

  3. Grease the grill grate with vegetable oil and place the patties, indented side up, on the grill. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip the patties over and continue cooking until the mince is set, another 5 minutes.
  4. Place lettuce leaves on the bottom halves of the buns. Then top with the patties and tomato slices, and cover with the top halves of the buns.
