Grilled burgers - a detailed cooking recipe.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Form the minced meat into 2 round patties, making small indentations to ensure they stay flat during frying.
- Grease the grill grate with vegetable oil and place the patties, indented side up, on the grill. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip the patties over and continue cooking until the mince is set, another 5 minutes.
- Place lettuce leaves on the bottom halves of the buns. Then top with the patties and tomato slices, and cover with the top halves of the buns.
