Warm weather is traditionally considered barbecue season, but what if you spice up your picnic menu a bit and prepare some equally delicious grilled burgers? Especially since this version uses lean turkey, a perfect choice for those watching their weight.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
Burgers
- 700 g chilled ground turkey (not just white meat, 90% lean)
- 8 slices goat cheese, about 1.2 cm thick.
- 4 sesame seed buns, halved and lightly grilled
- Watercress, for serving
Lemon Honey Mustard
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 heaping tbsp clover honey
- 1.5 tbsp orange juice
- 0.5 tsp lemon zest
- 0.5 tsp lemon juice

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Lemon Honey MustardIn a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, orange juice, lemon zest, and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld, or longer (up to 24 hours).
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- BurgersForm the ground meat into 4 170g (6½ oz) patties. If cooking later, store them in the refrigerator. Season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
- In the final minutes of cooking, top each patty with 2 slices of cheese, close the lid, and grill for about 1 minute to soften the cheese slightly. Place the patties on buns, drizzle with lemon-honey mustard, and top with a few sprigs of watercress. Serve the burgers with extra mustard in a gravy boat.
