A beef patty will gain a richer, more vibrant flavor if you combine the ground beef with fried, finely chopped mushrooms. The only spices you'll need are salt and black pepper to taste. Once the mushrooms have cooled, mix them with the raw ground beef, form them into patties, and fry them in a pan. Three minutes is enough for tender and juicy patties. Use them to make delicious burgers, or serve them as a main course with any side dishes or vegetables.

Fry 220 g of finely chopped mushrooms in oil until golden brown, season with salt and pepper, and let cool. Mix the mushrooms with 0.5 kg of ground beef, form into 1 cm thick patties, and fry in a hot, oiled frying pan for about 1.5 minutes on each side.
