Croissants with mushrooms

Recipe for making croissants with mushrooms and cheese.


Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 crushed clove of garlic
  • 225 g finely sliced ​​small mushrooms
  • 10 g finely chopped parsley
  • 220 g store-bought puff pastry
  • 50 g grated hard cheese
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the puff pastry package. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 6-8 minutes. Stir in the parsley. Let cool.
  • Step 2
  • Roll out the dough and cut into six triangles. Place a few mushrooms on each and sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll up. Place on a baking sheet, spacing them well apart.
  • Step 3
  • Sprinkle the croissants with sesame seeds and bake for 10-15 minutes, or according to the package directions. They should be golden brown and crispy.
