Arrange the Rocky Road croissants (marshmallow, chocolate, and nuts) in a ring on a baking sheet, place a marshmallow in the center, and bake. During baking, the marshmallow in the center will melt and lightly toast, creating a delicious dip for the croissants. Tear one from the ring, dip it into the marshmallow puddle, and enjoy!

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tube (220 g) chilled croissant dough
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chip cookie pieces
- 3 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp flaked almonds + extra for serving
- 1 and 1/3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup hot chocolate sauce
- Special equipment: ramekin with a diameter of 10 cm.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 190°C, cut a 25cm circle out of parchment paper and place it on an inverted baking sheet.
- Unroll the croissant dough on a work surface and divide it into triangles along the perforations. Place about 1 tablespoon of chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chips, almonds, and marshmallows on the short side of each triangle. Fold the edges over the filling, then fold to a corner to keep the filling inside. Press the edges firmly to seal the filling inside.
- Place a 10 cm diameter ramekin in the center of the prepared baking sheet and arrange the croissants in a ring around it, touching each other. Remove the ramekin.
- Bake until the croissants begin to brown, about 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the remaining marshmallows in the center of the ring. Return to the oven and bake until golden brown and the marshmallows are melted and toasted on top, about 8 more minutes. Using parchment paper, transfer the ring to a serving plate. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately.
