The secret to a delicious burger, besides a juicy beef patty, lies in the addition of marinated or fermented vegetables. Their tartness harmoniously complements the flavorful meat and elevates the entire sandwich. This Asian burger, in addition to traditional pickles, includes a sauce made from Korean cabbage (kimchi) and mayo. It offers a subtle spiciness, a hint of sourness, and a hint of salt. The patty is made from ground beef flavored with Asian spices like soy sauce, sesame oil, and a touch of brown sugar. Grill it, top it with kimchi mayo, and serve it on buns with sweet potato chips.
