With just a little ground turkey on hand, you can make four hearty burgers with it. Bulgur wheat is a great choice. Add it to the patty mixture instead of bread. It adds texture and plumps up the patties, while Asian hoisin sauce enhances the delicate flavor of the turkey. The patty's delicious Asian flavor, quick pickles and onions, and tangy yogurt sauce tie everything together. Assemble the burgers on whole-grain buns with quick pickles and a light, tangy yogurt sauce, and enjoy a healthy, fiber-rich snack.

- In a separate small bowl, combine the yogurt and chili garlic sauce. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Drain the bulgur and place it in a large bowl. Add the ground turkey, hoisin sauce, green onions, ginger, garlic, and chopped cilantro and mix until evenly distributed. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly brush each patty with vegetable oil on both sides and place in the skillet. Cook, turning once, until cooked through, 3-4 minutes per side.
